where are you in web 2.0?

The Medium is the Message has a nice illustration of Web 2.0 from O’Reilly, showing different levels of Web 2.0 from philosophy to model to delivery to technology. I particularly like it because it helped me make sense of my place in this web 2.0 environment.

I am a philosophy person. I enjoy policy and developing models. I fit in those two areas of the illustration. I don’t know how to do all the coding involved, I’m not particularly wed to specific delivery methods, I mostly like learning the concepts and ideas and applying them. I also really really like consulting with people to help them figure out where they could use these tools (if they actually would be useful) and teaching people how to use these tools in ways that are most comfortable to them.

I see a direct line to library work here. I’m not a technology person in the “systems” sense, but I am in the instruction/administrative sense. Where are you in this picture?
