I’ve been meaning to write a post about the Dynix Institute Web Seminar webcast I viewed the other day, but school and work have been unusually busy as we approach midterms. I was lucky enough to get to hear Stephen Abram, Michael Casey, Michael Stephens, and John Blyberg discuss The 2.0 Meme – Web 2.0, Library 2.0, Librarian 2.0. It was FANTASTIC. Everyone is lucky enough to have access to the video (Windows Media) and slides (PDF) now. (This was a perfect follow up to the weblogs & libraries presentation from earlier in the month.)
A while ago I posted about a Stephen Abrams article that touched on Librarian 2.0. I accidently stumbled upon it again, in a prettier format, and thought it was a wonderful summary of Web 2.0 and Library 2.0, and a great introduction to Librarian 2.0. It’s so great that I thought I’d post the link again!
