Yes! Yes! Yes! This post, A Blogger at Every Table explains exactly why I blogged Midwinter & for LITA. It’s good for everyone because they can get the information if they’re not able to be there. It’s good for the profession because it adds to the conversations. It’s good for colleagues because you can share the different parts of a conference (or idea) that you are involved with.
